What is the difference between a toy Rc airplane and a hobby Rc airplane? (more guides below)

A toy Rc airplane goes side to side, speeds up to go higher, and slows down to go lower. A hobby Rc airplane has alot more control: It can turn and go up and down at a constant speed, allowing loops and rolls. Also, a hobby Rc airplane goes faster.

New Rc airplane buyers guide

There are many types of Rc airplanes, so read the key features below:

Size- This depends on where you would like to fly your Rc. If you would like to fly it indoors, get a small airplane. If you would like to fly outdoors, get a large

Brands- E-flight and Parkzone make outstanding starter models- stick with them.

Controls- For someone looking for there first hobby Pc airplane, get an airpland controlled by the tail. If it has flaps on the wings, it will be harder to fly.

Where to buy the Rc- Your local hobby shop, or online from a trusted source as a RTF (ready to fly) package. MAKE SURE THEY CARRY SPARE PARTS FOR YOUR RC AND YOUR RC IS NEW IN THE BOX!!!!!!!

Top 3 Starter Models-

#1- Parkzone Vapor
If you will be flying indoors (in a gym sized space), this is the perfect starter model! It is slow and easy to control.

#2- Parkzone Slo-V
If you plan on flying at a park, this is a great model! It is slow and easy to control.

#3- E-flight Apprentice 15e
If you have a little bit of previous expeirence, this model will offer more than the other airplanes above.

How to fly your Rc Airplane-

Before you fly, follow these steps:

1-Read over your owner's manual. Make sure everything is trimmed in the center.

2-Check your airplane to make sure it functions properly (move the flaps and turn the motor on and off).

3-Find a windless location to fly.

Flying:

Turn the motor on full, holding the airplane. Pull up on the flaps and throw the airplane gently. DO NOT LET IT STALL!!! Lower the motor's power, and move the flaps gently. If your airplane leans to one side, fix it by adjusting the trim.

Repairs

Here are some common problems and fixes:

P- My wing broke!
S- If it is a small break or chip, fix it with a small amount of clear tape (this may affect the trim).

P- My prop is crooked!
S- It should be. This counteracts the winding motion of the motor.

P- My motor runs, but the prop does not turn!
S- Check the gears and motor mount for defects.
